The Residence for Researchers offers meeting rooms, auditorium and amphitheatre for rental on daily basis, being also an excellent accommodation option in the centre of Barcelona

These facilities have their own audiovisual means as well as simultaneous translation and Internet Wi-Fi in the whole premise.

MEETING ROOMS

The meeting rooms maximum capacity is for 20 people and they are equipped with projector, megaphone, Internet Wi-Fi and a reception hall for participants and attendants.

FARES

• 1º Events required by CSIC Presidency and by Innovation, Universities and Enterprises Department of Generalitat of Catalonia or those events held in collaboration with the Residence for Researchers: FREE.
  

• 2º Events required by any CSIC Institute or research centre related to the Innovation, Universities and Enterprises (Universities) and non-profitable institutions, which belong to the scientific-cultural field:
  

a) For ten or more reservations: 80 € per day + projector 50 €
b) Under the number of reservations mentioned above: 120 € + projector 50 €

• 3º Events which do not fulfil conditions 1º and 2º (Private Enterprises from the scientific-cultural field) 200 € (Projector included)
  

For more than 2 day reservation of the auditorium a 10% discount is applied

Prices include the following equipment: Megaphones, Internet Wi-Fi connection, reception hall, technical assistance. V.A.T. not included.

AUDITORIUM AND AMPHITHEATRE

The Residence has an auditorium with capacity for 110 people and an amphitheatre for 42. Both rooms have megaphones and Internet WI-FI. The auditorium also offers simultaneous translation service, videoconference and video recording, and it is equipped with a projector and a projection screen.

2010 FARES

• 1º Events required by the CSIC Presidency or the Innovation,Universities and Enterprises Department of the Generalitat of Catalonia or events held in collaboration with the Residence for Researchers: FREE
  

• 2 º Events required by any CSIC Institute or any research centre related to the Innovation, Universities and Enterprises (Universities) and non-profitable institutions which belong to the scientific-cultural field:
  

a) For ten or more reservations: 200 € per day.
b) Under the number of reservations mentioned above: 300 € per day.

• 3º Events which do not fulfil conditions 1º and 2º (Private Enterprises from the scientific-cultural field): 400 €
  

For a 2-day reservation a 10% discount is applied and from 3 days on, a 20% is applied.

Prices include the following equipment: Megaphones, Internet Wi-Fi connection, reception hall and technical assistance. V.A.T. not included.
