Examining the mathematical mechanisms of changes in nature

In this lecture, the speaker will be presenting the mathematical mechanisms that can be found behind the changes (whether continuous or sudden) in biological systems. By using non-linear dynamic systems theory we can understand these transitions, which can be beneficial in combating cancer or harmful to the maintenance of the diversity and stability of ecosystems.
